The tanker volume: 4.2cbm, adopting Wugang high quality steel, round tanker, the discharging door and the rear door are hydraulic sealed. The effective volume can reach 90 percent. The loading of the waste food garbage truck is done by lifting system of the side hydraulic waste bins, using the common sizes 120L/240L square shape waste bins. The lifting system can locking the waste bins, loading and discharging safely and reliably. The waste bins join the waste slot together well, assuring non-overflow, non-missing. The pick-up swill collecting trucks are mainly used to collect and transport the kitchen garbage, leftover, ort, swill,etc from restarant, hotel, factory mess hall, school dining room.
The tanker of the kitchen garbage truck was divided in two parts, one is for liquid food and the other is for solid food. When it works, the garbage bin with kitchen garbage will be transported to the tank top by conveyor belt and topple over the kitchen garbage into the tank. Then the solid waste and liquid waste will be separated and stored in their own tank. The solid waste also will be compressed to increase the storage capacity. When this garbage are transported to destination, you can operation the control valve to lift the tank, then open the rear door, the garbage will discharge automotically.
