Today, we will introduce how to operate garbage compactor truck as below
First, start the truck; then step on the clutch pedal as picture 1

Second, rotate the button of the POWER SUPPLY to the place of ON (the operation panel at the driver cab) as picture 2; then the Button of POWER LIGHT will be lighting as picture 3

Third, rotate the button of the UNLOAD/STOP/LOAD to the place of LOAD as picture 4; then the button of LOADING INDICATION LIGHT will be lighting as picture picture 5; at this time, the PTO is connecting the hydraulic pump, then the hydraulic system works.

Fourth, down the driver cab, then go to the rear part of the wastes container. There is a operation control box at the right side of the wastes container as the picture 6. Rotate the bottom of manual mode/auto mode, choose manual mode/auto mode as the picture 7

If chooses the manual mode, the operation steps as below.
A, rotate the button of ROLL-OVER STAND to the place of DOWN, then worker put up the wastes bins. Then rotate the bottom of ROLL-OVER STAND to the place of UP to discharge the wastes from the wastes bin. At last, rotate the button of ROLL-OVER STAND to the place of DOWN, then out down the wastes bin. (Remark: when start the cycle button for the last working, the ROLL-OVER STAND must be at the place of DOWN. That is to say the place to put up the wastes bin, otherwise the working of the scraper may damage the ROLL-OVER STAND. )
If choose auto mode, then press button of SINGLE CYCLE, then the operation system will finish one working cycle of SLID Plate and SCRAPER Plate(moving the wastes to the wastes van) automatically. If there is to much wastes in the wastes hopper, then choose to press the button of CONINUOUS CYCLE of wastes moving to the wastes van. After finishing, then press red button of CYCLE STOP to stop.
Fifth, discharging, step on the clutch pedal, rotate the button of UNLOAD/STOP/LOAD to the place of UNLOAD, then loosen the clutch pedal slowly, then the UNLOAD INDICATION LOGHT will be lighting.
Sixth, rotate the button of CONTAINER to the place of up, and then the rear wastes van door will open, preparing to push the wastes. (Remark: There is no person near the wastes van)
Seventh, rotate the button of the PUSH SHOVEL to the place of REACH OUT, the push shovel will push out the wastes; after finishing, then rotate the button of PUSH SHOVEL to the place of TAKE BACK, then the push shovel will be back.
Eighth, rotate the button of CONTAINER to the place of DOWN, take back and close the rear container door.
Ninth, there is sewer tank at the bottom of the rear wastes container door. Open it, discharge the sewer, and then close.
So the whole work is finished.
