Cleaning: The upper motor drives the hydraulic oil pump and fan to work. The hydraulic oil pump drives the left and right sweeping plates to telescope, lift, and rotate. The left and right sweeping disks sweep the garbage on both sides to the bottom of the cleaning truck and in front of the suction nozzle. The fan works to generate high-speed airflow in the air duct composed of the dustbin, straw and suction nozzle. Under the action of the airflow, the garbage is sucked into the suction nozzle and enters the dustbin. The chassis engine drives the sweeper to move forward, and the garbage swept in front of the suction nozzle continuously enters the suction nozzle and is continuously sucked into the dustbin to achieve road cleaning. Cleaning: While the cleaning device is working, the upper motor drives a high-pressure water pump equipped with a special clutch to participate in the work. The high-pressure water pump pressurizes the clean water from the clean water tank and then delivers it to the water spray rod in the suction nozzle and the left and right water spray rods through the high-pressure pipeline control valve. Each spray rod is equipped with multiple special stainless steel fan-shaped nozzles. The fan-shaped water curtain sprayed from the nozzle forms a U-shaped water jet with a total width of not less than 2.8m, which directly washes the road surface. The water after washing the road surface is sucked back into the garbage bin to realize road cleaning. Washing of curbs and curb stone facades: Use the left or right vertical sweep of the sweeping plate, the curb stone cleaning nozzle on the left or right spray bar, and select the left or right sweeping operation mode for cleaning operations, and the left or right side can be cleaned. Or wash the right curb and curb stone facade. Rear spray: There is a spray boom under the garbage bin at the rear of the cleaning vehicle. The spray boom is equipped with multiple spray nozzles. Start the motor and high-pressure water pump, turn on the rear spray switch, and start the chassis truck to move forward to carry out spray dust reduction operations. Low-pressure washing: Use the low pressure and large flow of the self-priming water pump to wash the road surface for use as a sprinkler.
The dust tanker adopts a 304 single-layer stainless steel tile structure design and integrates part of the clean water tank and garbage bin. The garbage bin can be tipped for discharge, with a discharge angle of 480 degrees. The total volume of the garbage bin reaches 8.4m3, and the effective volume is not less than 6m3. The closing and locking mechanism of the rear door of the garbage bin adopts a latch type, which has good stability and good sealing performance. The sewage tank in the garbage bin adopts a large flat slope structure, and the maximum discharge angle can reach 50 degrees, making it easier to dump garbage. The sewage tank is equipped with an anti-overflow alarm and an automatic operation stop device to prevent sewage from overflowing from the suction pipe during operation and causing secondary pollution; the high-pressure self-cleaning device in the sewage tank can automatically clean the sewage tank after dumping garbage.
Fan: It adopts No. 7.1 centrifugal fan customized and developed for new energy sweeper trucks, which has the characteristics of high efficiency, low noise, flat performance curve and wide high efficiency area. The high-pressure water pump adopts a well-known brand plunger type water pump. When the high-pressure water pump is started and the working water valve is switched, the water pump can automatically unload. Protected by safety valves and overflow valves, damage to the high-pressure water pump is effectively prevented.
