Instruction: sewer cleaning truck is one the basis of high pressure cleaning tanker vehicle and installed with suction pump, sewage tanker, sewage pipes, a special purpose vehicles with the functions of cleaning and sewage suction. It is composed of two tankers, two pumps,(high pressure cleaning pump and vacuum pump), two pipelines, etc. 

1, the tanker adopts high quality wugang steel plate, 6mm thickness tanker wall. There are several anti-wave sheets inside the tanker.

2, the volume of the sewer and cleaning truck is 10.5cbm in total. Clients can choose the volume of the water tanker and sewer tanker. It is with the function of water and sewage inter-working and stainless-steel material filter, net.

3, the inlet of the water tanker is with ball-valve type hydrant (easy turn on-off and durable with fire-fighting coupling and pagoda type hand washing valve.

4, the high-pressure pump adopts GERMAN PINGFU 215L model, 22MPa，independent researched large filter( none disassembly and washing, and preventing impurities into the pump).

5, the vacuum pump adopts Shangdong zibo haosai SK-12 model water-circulating pump, high precision and large suction power.

6, there is anti-overflow valve on the tanker top and 2* stainless-steel material filter nets for the vacuum pump inlet (preventing impurities into the pump).

7, vacuum pump is with drain valve, the pump base is designed from the distance of to the ground up to 26mm. 

8, the rear high- pressure reel is fixed with triangle pose closure, stable and reliable. Reel is with the design of increased up and thickness(6mm), with the function of pipe spraying (can spraying the high-pressure pipe when the pipe return-back after working).

9, the two sides of the tanker are with diamond board type pipe platform with guardrail.

10, the operation system is in the operation box in line. There is manual instructions and notes.

11, the high pressure three-way valve and sewage four-way valve position is with 100mm diameter vibration-proof pressure gauge, which to resist the vibration of the working conditioner and reduce the pulsation of medium pressure.

12, one toolbox, one 100mm sewage opening and one 150mm drain sewer opening.
